How do I apply?
Click "Apply" on any property listing. The application takes about 12 minutes per adult applicant.
What credit score do I need?
Most properties require 650+. Each listing notes its specific minimum. Co-signers welcome if you don't meet the minimum.
Do I need first month, last month, and a deposit?
First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are standard. Last month is rare and noted on the listing if required.
Are pets allowed?
Most properties are pet-friendly with a small monthly pet rent. Each listing notes specific pet rules. ESAs are always accommodated per fair-housing law.
How long is the application review?
Usually one business day after we have all required documents. We'll reach out if anything is missing.
Can I tour the property before applying?
Yes — message us through the listing page or call to schedule a tour.
What's the application fee?
$75 per adult applicant, which covers the credit and background check.
How long is the lease?
Standard 12 months. Some properties offer 18-month leases or month-to-month at renewal.
